US Anodize delivers specialized aluminum surface‑treatment solutions. The firm’s capabilities include RoHS‑compliant sulfuric anodizing performed to MIL‑A‑8625 Type II and III specifications for both Class 1 and Class 2 parts, as well as graphic anodizing, camouflage finishes, chromate conversion coating, laser engraving, and bright‑dip treatments using phosphoric or nitric acid together with comprehensive aluminum pretreatment. In addition to primary finishes, US Anodize offers downstream processes such as component assembly, labeling, packaging, salt‑spray (fog) exposure testing, and a range of laboratory analyses.
