Hi‑Tek Manufacturing designs and fabricates hot‑gas‑path components for turbine engines used in aviation, marine and land applications. The product portfolio encompasses nozzles, blades, baskets, vanes, tubes, rings, casings, liners, shrouds, heat shields, seals and fairings. Production capabilities feature CNC milling, turning and grinding, as well as EDM processes—including plunge, sinker and fast‑hole techniques. Manual TIG welding, multi‑axis CNC laser and resistance welding, and multi‑axis laser drilling and cutting are also offered.
