Air-Vac Automation designs and builds micro‑assembly and Ag sintering equipment for the medical, automotive, power, semiconductor and bio/pharma sectors. Its robotic platforms perform micro‑assembly, dispensing, bonding and inspection, and they can be adapted through flexible programming and customized hardware.
