Columbia Industrial Products manufactures custom composite bearings for the hydropower, oil and gas, and marine markets. The product line includes plain, flanged, spherical, water‑lubricated and split bearings, as well as ancillary components such as tubes, sheets, bushings, wear pads, hydraulic wear rings and thrust washers. All items are fabricated from engineered polymers and alloys—specifically PTFE, graphite and molybdenum—using a suite of CNC capabilities that encompass 4‑axis milling, turning, routing and general machining. The plain‑bearing offerings are engineered to serve as direct replacements for traditional bronze parts. Typical applications span cylinders, actuators, pumps, gates, head covers, fish screens, rollers, pads and rig walkers.
