Plasti Dip International manufactures and distributes both standard and custom specialty coatings and adhesives. Its product line includes synthetic‑rubber coatings, non‑dry skid‑fabric finishes, protective layers, leather and vinyl repair formulations, electrical‑insulation coatings, vinyl contact adhesives, acrylic systems, thinners and other specialty blends. The adhesives are formulated to repair small rips, tears and holes; they dry clear and seamlessly blend with colored substrates. Electrical‑insulation coatings provide a dielectric strength of 1,400 V per mil and are employed in outdoor lightning protection, underground wiring and junction‑box applications. Coatings are offered for a wide range of uses such as tools, lawn‑and‑garden equipment, electronic and automotive coils, fixtures, brackets, oil‑handling gear, heavy‑machinery parts and chain‑link fence components. Additional applications cover polystyrene dock flotation blocks and buoys, protective padding, packaging, patient‑positioning devices, wheelchair cushioning, athletic padding, seating, automotive parts and boat or dock bumpers.
