Optotech designs and manufactures optical machinery while also advancing process technology for precision optics. Its product line includes conventional and CNC rough‑grinding, lapping and polishing machines capable of handling workpieces from 1 mm up to 240 mm in diameter and radii ranging from 0.5 mm to plano. The company offers workshop interferometers sized from one‑half to six inches, as well as a Windows based software suite that supports complete tooling design and provides tools for correcting machine settings. Optotech’s U.S. operations manage sales, service, parts distribution and in‑house production of optical tooling, which encompasses diamond tooling, polishers, collets, chucks, spot blocks, membranes, polishing foil and spindle repair services.
