J. D. Gould Company, Inc. designs and manufactures American‑made cast bronze, type 303 and type 316 stainless steel, and ductile‑iron solenoid valves with four‑flanged connections. The product line serves air, oil, water, gas or diesel fuel, steam, cryogenic, and inert‑gas systems, offering sizes from 1/8 NPT to 3 NPT and handling pressures from 0 to 1,200 psi. Fluid temperatures are accommodated from –420 °F to +450 °F. Stock configurations include Velvetrol® packless internal‑piston pilot‑operated units, direct or semi‑direct acting designs, manual‑reset models, and both normally closed and normally open versions that operate on most AC or DC voltages. Custom, special‑purpose types are also available for unique applications.
