Fountaintown Forge manufactures custom forgings and holds AS 9100:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications. The product portfolio includes forgings fabricated from copper, chromium, Hastelloy, Monel®, Waspaloy, molybdenum, stainless steel, titanium, zirconium, beryllium alloys and a range of tool steels. The operation focuses on high‑temperature alloys as well as acid‑resistant, corrosion‑resistant and hard‑facing alloys that serve the aircraft, aerospace, military, industrial and commercial sectors. All work conforms to specifications such as AMS, ASTM, AISI, EMS and BMS. Common forged geometries produced by the shop are rings, bars, single and double hubs, step‑down shafts, discs, hexagons, sleeves, blocks, square‑to‑round transitions, spindles and plates. In addition to forging, Fountaintown Forge offers machining, etching, heat treating, stamping, abrasive cleaning, non‑destructive testing and first‑article verification for each forging.
