Industrial Sprockets & Gears, Inc. designs and manufactures custom gears and sprockets for high‑capacity mechanical power‑transmission applications. The product line includes spur, helical, herringbone, straight‑bevel, miter, spline, worm, rack and roller‑chain gears. Materials processed range from aluminum, brass and bronze to carbon steel, engineered plastics, alloy steel, Delrin® and Nitronic®. Gear tooth profiles offered comprise straight, involute, cycloidal and British standard metric forms. Production employs a variety of machining techniques such as milling, conventional and climb hobbing, thread milling, turning, broaching, key seating, shaping, EDM and flame cutting. Post‑machining finishes are available, including lapping, honing, shaving, plating and grinding. Industrial Sprockets & Gears, Inc. supports projects from prototype development through large‑volume production runs. The company supplies the cement, salt, paper, pulp, mining, asphalt and automotive sectors and provides 24‑hour emergency service. All products are manufactured to comply with ASTM and AGMA specifications.
