TopTier designs and manufactures row‑forming and robotic palletizers available in both upper‑level and floor‑level configurations. Customers can specify a range of options such as integrated concurrent stretch‑wrapping, automated pallet handling, sheet and liner feeds, load labeling, and fully automated load handling. The machines are capable of processing every product format, including cases, bags, trays, tray‑less items, open‑top and lidded containers, over‑wrapped or unwrapped goods, bundles, nested packs, display packs and totes. All palletizing components are built on a modular engineering platform that delivers layout flexibility, consistent quality control and cost‑effective value. Standard safety features provide controlled entry with advanced protection at Category 3, PL‑d compliance according to EN ISO 13849‑1. Each system is engineered and assembled in TopTier’s vertically integrated facility in Portland, Oregon. The palletizers are deployed across the food, beverage and consumer packaged goods sectors.
