Capabilities include cutting acrylic sheets as large as 12 in. × 24 in. × 48 in. with thicknesses from 1/8 in. to 1/4 in., producing acrylic rods up to 6 ft. long with diameters between 1/16 in. and 2 in., and machining acrylic tubing up to 1/8 in. × 1/4 in. to 5 3/4 in. × 6 in., lengths of 6 ft. and diameters from 1/8 in. to 3 in. Acrylic balls are also fabricated to customer specifications.
