Mentco, Inc. delivers precision CNC OEM contract manufacturing of turned and milled components, as well as machined forgings and castings. The company works with a broad material portfolio that includes PEEK, carbon‑fiber, Inconel ½½, Hastelloy ½½, Monel ½½, 300‑grade and 400‑grade stainless steels, 15‑5 PH and 17‑4 PH stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper, titanium, aluminum, and carbon steel. Its machining capabilities produce pump sub‑assemblies, valve sub‑assemblies, and hardware for steam and gas turbines. In addition, Mentco, Inc. custom‑fabricates carbon‑steel welded pipes, ERW pipes, OCTG products, stainless‑steel alloy bars, and nickel‑based alloys. Stainless‑steel alloy bars are offered in a variety of shapes such as flat, hex, round, square, chamfered hex, half, and bright bars. The facility also provides drilling and band‑sawing operations. Value‑added services encompass internal and external coating, annealing, anodizing, electroplating, passivation, die‑penetration testing, ultrasonic testing, and positive material identification (PMI). Mentco, Inc. maintains certifications to AS 9100C, EN 9100:2009, JIJQ 9100:2009, and ISO 9001:2008 standards.
