Arvalda Corp. manufactures precision metal components such as castings, welded assemblies, extrusions and forgings. The casting portfolio spans sand, die, investment and permanent‑mold processes, and the material roster includes 319, 356‑T6 and 380‑525 Almag‑grade aluminum, CF8 304 and CF8M 316 stainless steels, zamac, ductile and gray iron, zinc, carbon and alloy steels, nickel alloys, as well as brass and bronze. Machining capabilities cover conventional and Swiss‑type screw operations for diameters from 0.015 in. to 1.125 in., vertical CNC milling stations up to 80 in. × 40 in., horizontal milling up to 600 mm, and CNC turning with a 20 in. diameter swing for workpieces as long as 30 in. Additional processes comprise dip brazing, bending, piercing, centerless grinding, chamfering, honing, swaging, bulging and welding.
