Pilgrim Harp provides job‑shop services to aerospace, medical, fitness, oil‑and‑gas, telecommunications, automotive, material‑handling and healthcare customers. The operation offers CNC machining, turning, cutting, drilling, milling, stamping, molding and forming, and can handle prototype as well as low‑ to high‑volume production runs. Materials processed include aluminum, brass, copper, carbide, carbon steel, tool steel, stainless steel, titanium, acetal, ABS, nylon, Delrin and a range of composites. Ancillary capabilities such as plating, painting, non‑destructive testing, heat treating, grinding, welding, anodizing and honing are also available. Design data in AutoCAD or SolidWorks formats are accepted, and the shop can manage blanket orders. Pilgrim Harp operates under lean‑manufacturing principles, holds Kaizen/5S certification, and complies with TS and AS9100 quality standards.
