J.H. Nunn Associates designs and manufactures both standard and custom deep‑drawn and hydroformed metal components, flexible plastic film, and a variety of thermoformed plastic products such as bulk containers, totes, pallets, environmental and shrink‑wrap covers, tie‑down straps, and hardware. Metal parts are produced from aluminum, stainless steel, Hastelloy, brass, copper and carbon steel. Thermoformed plastics are offered in plexiglass, polystyrene, polycarbonate and acrylic, while film materials include PVC, thermoplastic polyurethane, polyethylene and polypropylene. The firm also delivers custom RF sealing, heat sealing, converting, die‑cutting, screen printing, hot foil stamping, embossing, engineering support, mechanical assembly and thermal impulse sealing.
