Auburn Manufacturing Co. designs and produces a broad array of sealing and cushioning components, including gaskets, insulation parts, cushions, pads, bumpers, seals, washers, O‑rings, rubber‑molded parts, tapes, adhesives, sheet and roll goods, and plastic shims. The company holds ISO 9002 and AS 9100 certifications and also distributes a wide selection of raw materials such as solid and sponge rubbers, foams, plastics, corks, fibers, felts, silicones, Poron, urethanes, phenolics, Mylar®, vinyl, Kapton®, polypropylene and Nomex®. Custom fabrication services are offered for the entire product line, with capabilities that cover prototype production, short‑run manufacturing, kiss cutting, bending, scoring, folding and identification stamping. Production equipment includes steel‑rule dies, bending and scoring dies, gang dies, rotary kiss‑cutting dies, compound and progressive dies, pierce and blank dies, open‑ended and four‑sided rectangular dies, DID and ID punches, washer dies and keyway dies. The components are applied in situations that require sealing, insulation, leakage control, slip resistance, heat resistance, corrosion protection, noise reduction and wear‑and‑tear mitigation.
