The Vallorbs Jewel Co. manufactures precision Swiss‑type screw machine components and turned parts, delivering complex shapes in any machinable material up to 1.250 in. in diameter with tolerances of ±0.0001 in. The operation supports both prototype development and high‑volume production runs. Material capabilities encompass 300 and 400 stainless steel, Inconel®, titanium, Zircaloy, brass, aluminum and a range of exotic alloys. All work complies with nuclear specification 10CFR50, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4‑2008 and applicable MIL‑Spec requirements. In addition to primary machining, The Vallorbs Jewel Co. offers secondary processes such as milling, broaching, gun drilling, thread rolling and a suite of surface‑finishing techniques—including lapping, internal honing with light abrasives, centerless grinding and burnishing—for screw‑machined parts.
