L & L Machine Tool, Inc. provides ISO 9001:2000 certified machining services from a self‑contained 30,000 sq ft facility. The shop delivers precision CNC turning, both vertical and horizontal, as well as CNC boring and jig milling on vertical and horizontal machines. Production capabilities cover small to mid‑size runs ranging from five to 5,000 parts for either horizontal or vertical applications. Vertical turning equipment can handle workpieces up to 120 inches in diameter by 61.5 inches, while horizontal turning machines accommodate lengths up to 127 inches by 47 inches. Boring mills operate within an envelope of 12 ft × 10 ft × 54 inches depth, and gantry mills provide a maximum capacity of 118 in × 104 in × 48 in under the rail. Horizontal boring and gantry mills also support workpieces up to 10 ft × 12 ft.
