Bescast, Inc. supplies custom precision investment castings tailored to the aerospace and land‑based gas‑turbine turbomachinery sectors. The company works with a broad palette of materials, including aluminum, ferrous alloys, nickel, melt alloys, high‑purity stainless steel and other exotic metals. Castings can be poured up to 800 lb for air‑melt alloys, 150 lb for aluminum and 100 lb for vacuum‑melt super‑alloys. Production capabilities incorporate soluble cores, pre‑formed low‑pressure and high‑pressure ceramic cores, and wax or plastic patterns. Bescast, Inc. also employs roll‑over casting, vacuum‑assist casting, and a double‑chamber vacuum process for super‑alloys, followed by vacuum heat treatment and wire‑EDM gate removal. In addition to casting, the firm offers downstream operations such as grinding, sanding, finishing, EDM, machining, welding and full assembly.
