Battery Test Inc. delivers automated battery analyzing systems equipped with on‑board data storage and integrated battery management and testing software. The solutions feature inkjet printing for immediate report generation, a digital hydrometer interface, and Ethernet connectivity. Each system operates within a nominal voltage range of 0‑120 VDC and can handle currents up to 400 A. In addition, Battery Test Inc. supplies digital hydrometers that display specific gravity and temperature for individual battery cells. The technology is applied to testing batteries in material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, as well as in automated guided vehicles, railroad power units, airline ground support equipment, and electric GSE vehicles.
