Impact Plastics Corp. manufactures container lids and supplies a broad range of casters, as well as components for containers and roll‑off equipment. Its caster portfolio includes mold‑on rubber on steel units, phenolic casters, polyolefin casters, polyurethane on steel casters, semi‑steel casters, pneumatic casters and kingpinless designs. The mold‑on rubber casters are engineered to absorb shock, support loads up to 900 lb, feature a 4 in. × 4.5 in. top plate, and operate reliably between 45 °F and 160 °F. Phenolic casters are built with double‑welded forks, axle and horn, hardened raceways, and incorporate phenolic resin and duck canvas for durability. Additional offerings comprise hinge ears, lid rods, corner covers, ground rollers, hinges, nose rollers and sponge drain plugs. Caster accessories such as brakes, locks and pads are also available. The sponge drain plugs are designed to prevent thread stripping, are fire‑resistant, and function in temperatures from –40 °C down to –105 °C.
