Peter Forg Manufacturing Co. produces custom metal stampings with a focus on deep‑drawn components across a broad range of materials such as aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel and most alloy grades. The shop operates presses ranging from 8‑ton to 600‑ton capacity, enabling production of parts as small as ¼ inch in diameter up to 28 inches and thicknesses from 0.003 inch to ¾ inch, with deep‑drawing depths reaching 6 inches. Its offering includes bespoke washers, discs, circles, slugs, deep‑drawn stampings, both short‑run and long‑run runs, as well as full tool and die fabrication. Complementary processes such as wire EDM, tumble deburring, drilling, tapping, shearing, punching and rotary shearing are also available, and short‑run orders can be accommodated.
