SurfTech provides low‑temperature (under 100 °C) thin‑film coating services through physical vapor deposition, powder application and spray‑on techniques. The coating portfolio includes PTFE, powder and enamel finishes, urethane and moly‑disulfide layers, epoxy coating or painting, aluminum‑titanium nitride, boron and carbon composites, diamond‑like hard carbon, as well as chromium carbide and nitride thin films. In addition, SurfTech offers machining operations such as 4‑axis and vertical milling, turning, lathe work and comprehensive cleaning. These machining processes are capable of handling stainless steel, brass, aluminum alloys and various plastics. The company also performs polishing, refinishing, deburring and deflashing.
