Valmac Industries, Inc. provides ISO 9001:2015 certified fine grinding, grinding, flat lapping and polishing of flat surfaces on parts up to 27‑inch diameter. The process can hold thickness and parallelism within one micron, achieve flatness of one light band, and deliver a surface finish of 1 Ra on most materials and configurations. The company also performs cryogenic deburring and deflashing of plastic, rubber and other substrates using dedicated cryogenic deflashing equipment. Additional capabilities include cleaning, tumble‑deburring, and assembly services, with capacity for both short‑run and long‑run production orders.
