Coleys CNC Machining provides job‑shop manufacturing for aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, stainless steel, Inconel®, nickel and a variety of plastics. The shop’s capabilities span 4‑axis and 5‑axis precision CNC turning, Swiss‑style screw machining, sawing, both horizontal and vertical milling, as well as drilling, tapping, boring and honing operations. In addition, Coleys produces permanent‑mold, centrifugal and die castings, fabricates rigid or flexible couplings, and manufactures spare parts for lump breakers. Secondary processes include heat treating, powder coating, thread rolling, anodizing, electropolishing, chrome plating and welding. The facility can handle prototype projects and high‑volume production runs ranging from a ten‑piece minimum up to one‑million units. Customers in aerospace, automotive, electronics, hydraulic, medical, trucking, mining and military sectors benefit from just‑in‑time delivery. Coleys CNC Machining is ISO 9001:2015 and SAM certified.
