OEP Machining provides 4‑axis and 7‑axis precision CNC machining as well as Swiss screw turning. The operation supports a full suite of processes—including milling, turning, tapping, drilling, broaching, boring and threading—while also offering fabrication and stamping capabilities. Materials processed range from aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel and copper to engineered plastics such as Delrin®, Ultem®, PVC, PEEK, polycarbonate and acrylic. Customers can obtain both prototype parts and high‑volume production runs. In addition, OEP Machining delivers secondary treatments such as heat treating, plating, anodizing, bead blasting and buffing. The company supplies parts to the robotics, automotive, semiconductor, medical, fluid‑power and food‑processing sectors and emphasizes just‑in‑time delivery.
