Arrow Tool & Stamping Co., Inc. delivers metal stampings, precision components and rotary‑die fabrications engineered to tight tolerances for both prototype and medium‑volume runs. The company’s capabilities span laser cutting, turret‑punch pressing (up to 100 ton), MIG, TIG, heliarc and spot welding, as well as brazing, soldering, EDM, CNC machining, forming and painting. Additional processes such as deburring, finishing, assembly, sub‑assembly, shearing, tapping, rolling, fastening, packaging and powder coating are offered. Its rotary‑die portfolio covers retooling and repair, CNC‑produced rotary dies, anvil rolls, multi‑level dies and air‑eject dies. Arrow works with a range of materials including hot‑ and cold‑rolled steel, tool steel, spring steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, phosphorous bronze, copper and beryllium copper. Paint options range from stock to custom formulations, matching colors, metallics, flat, satin or gloss finishes per customer specifications. Coating selections provide UV, high‑temperature, chemical and impact resistance and comprise polyesters, epoxies, nylons, urethanes, acrylics and thermoplastics.
