Globe Iron Foundry, Inc. specializes in producing custom iron coatings, delivering ductile, gray and alloyed formulations. The foundry can cast components from a few ounces up to five tons and supports a full suite of heat‑treatment processes, including annealing, stress relieving, quenching and tempering, normalizing, and surface hardening. In‑house analytical capabilities feature spectrographic composition analysis and Brinell hardness testing. Production is powered by automated Hunter molding equipment, a range of lower‑to‑medium volume jolt squeezers, a cope‑and‑drag line, a no‑bake floor molding center, and four electric induction furnaces. Additional surface finishes such as paint, primer, plating and other coating options are offered, together with both rough and finish machining services.
