Superior Lift Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures ergonomic equipment that lifts, rotates, tilts and positions paper and film rolls. The product line handles loads ranging from 50 lb to 2,000 lb and is intended for maneuvering rolled materials of various core and roll sizes. Every model incorporates quick‑release pins that enable users to switch probes to accommodate different core diameters. The roll‑lift units are operated with a hand‑held pneumatic pendant, and optional control options are also offered. Vertical center lifts in the portfolio provide a maximum capacity of 2,000 lb. Core chucks are supplied for both shaft and stub applications, and customers can select from custom‑made chucks, including flanged, shoulderless and rim‑clamp designs.
