Image Time, Inc. designs and manufactures custom hand‑crafted neon clocks that serve point‑of‑purchase advertising. Each clock can be personalized with corporate logos, three‑dimensional graphics or other promotional details. The clock faces are constructed from 5/32‑inch thick glass and feature hand‑spun aluminum housings finished with a powder‑coat. Illuminated by ½‑inch diameter neon tubes, the units display reds, pinks and oranges when filled with neon gas, while greens, blues and purples are produced using argon. Additional hues are achieved by applying phosphorous powder to the interior of the tubes, which alters the light spectrum. Image Time, Inc. offers three standard dimensions: a 20‑inch single‑tube model, a 24‑inch double‑tube model, and a 36‑inch full‑size neon clock.
