Vacuum Pump Rebuilders & Welding Services supplies new, used, and rebuilt vacuum pumps together with a full line of vacuum equipment. The firm provides repair, rebuild and reconditioning for rotary‑piston, rotary‑vane, dry‑scroll pumps, vacuum boosters and complete pump systems. Every pump that leaves the shop—whether repaired or remanufactured—is subjected to performance testing that measures ultimate vacuum, pumping speed and sound level, and each unit carries a one‑year warranty. The service capability extends to pumps from any original equipment manufacturer. Remanufacturing work follows a comprehensive process: full disassembly, thorough cleaning, replacement of bearings, seals, gaskets, O‑rings, exhaust valves and belts, reassembly, and a minimum of 48 hours of functional testing. Once the unit passes inspection and conforms to OEM specifications, it is painted and prepared for shipment.
