Colson Plastics manufactures injection‑molded plastic and rubber parts, providing insert molding, over‑molding, ultrasonic fusion, and both plastic‑to‑metal and rubber‑to‑metal bonding capabilities. It also performs assembly, packaging, and the design and construction of molds. The operation is certified to ISO‑9000. Production is supported by 127 plastic injection molding presses ranging from 30 to 1,500 tons, alongside rubber injection presses of 400 to 600 tons and shot capacities of 160–320 oz. Additional equipment includes CNC turning centers, robotic systems, pick‑and‑place robotic sprue pickers, an aluminum vibratory cleaner, and facilities for cleaning, etching, wet‑paint spraying, as well as cooling towers and dedicated assembly devices.
