Duraflow LLC designs and manufactures crossflow microfiltration modules, specialty chemicals, and equipment aimed at meeting wastewater discharge regulations and enabling water‑recycling processes. Its product line includes membrane‑based microfiltration filters as well as complete industrial wastewater recycling systems. The chemical portfolio features caustic‑replacement agents, heavy‑metal precipitants paired with coagulants, cationic and inorganic coagulants, and dry‑film photo‑resist stripper treatments. Each membrane module measures 72 inches in length and is offered in configurations of 1, 4, 6, 10, or 13 tubes, delivering a nominal pore size of 0.1 micron and tolerating pressures up to 100 psi. Currently, these modules serve as pre‑filters for challenging source waters in more than 65 reverse‑osmosis desalination installations. Duraflow LLC supplies its solutions to sectors such as metal finishing, electronics manufacturing, printed‑circuit‑board and electroplating operations, semiconductor fabrication, power generation, and steel production.
