PolySol LLC formulates and compounds PVC vinyl plastisol coatings for a broad range of molding and coating processes. Its product line supports applications such as plastic dip coating, dip molding, slush molding, cast coating, rotational molding and open molding, and can be delivered in satin, matte, high‑gloss, textured or suede finishes. The formulations are engineered to resist chemicals and acids, high temperatures, ultraviolet exposure, oil and gasoline, abrasion, low temperatures, mildew, fungus and weathering. In addition to base coats, PolySol offers a portfolio of plastisol additives, glitter, pigments and primers. The company conducts plastisol development and testing in‑house, ensuring control over performance characteristics. Customers span automotive, agriculture, metal finishing, recreational equipment, construction and tool manufacturers, industrial belting producers, toy and novelty makers, filtration and fishing gear suppliers, military users and textile manufacturers. All products are manufactured in the United States.
