Duracool Coatings Inc. provides a portfolio of acrylic elastomeric thermal‑control roof coatings, roof washes, rust primers, asbestos primers, and a flashing‑grade brushable caulk. The water‑based acrylic elastomeric coatings are formulated for application on a range of roofing substrates, including asphaltic built‑up (BUR) roofs, metal decks, polyurethane foam roofs, Hypalon® membranes, and EPDM sheets. In addition to product sales, Duracool offers repair and reconditioning services for metal roofs, single‑ply Hypalon® systems, asphaltic BUR assemblies, and concrete or Transite® roofing structures. Both the acrylic elastomeric coatings and the brushable caulk comply with ASTM E‑162 and ASTM D‑6083 specifications and carry UL® 790 listing. The product line holds Energy Star qualification, and the water‑based roof coatings are backed by a ten‑year warranty.
