Lingol Corp. manufactures thermoset composite laminates and thermoplastic composites for a range of applications. The product line incorporates reinforcement options such as paper, woven cotton, woven synthetic fibers, woven glass, uni glass, non‑woven glass, non‑woven synthetic, non‑woven carbon and Kevlar™. Custom‑designed laminates are also offered. Available laminate gauges run from 0.13 mm to 12.7 mm, with widths up to 22 mm and lengths extending to 100 m. The company works with a broad palette of resins, including phenolic, epoxy, polyester, HDPE, PP, TPO™, acrylic, PUR, PPS, PEI and PEEK, and can process any resin type required. Service capabilities cover toll processing, laminating and the production of panels up to 100 m long, with the ability to blend multiple resins and substrates to achieve targeted property combinations within a single laminate. Lingol Corp. serves the electronics, sporting goods, automotive and aerospace sectors.
