LYNLY Co. designs and builds custom machinery, tooling, fixtures, square‑shaft keys, mechanical workpiece positioning systems, and wired electrical control panels. The square‑shaft keys are offered in oversize, undersize and metric dimensions and meet a tolerance of ±0.002 in. Workpiece positioners can be fitted to small or manual milling machines and are configurable for up to seven stop positions that provide a total travel of 31 in. The shop also produces vertical‑mill flat‑work parts that incorporate holes, slots and light‑milling operations, ranging from single‑piece runs to thousands of units. Capabilities include drilling holes up to 1.25 in. in diameter, cutting slots up to 0.75 in. wide, and handling part sizes as large as 4 in. × 6 in. × 36 in. LYNLY Co. serves customers in the printing, converting, bindery, medical and machine‑tool sectors.
