Magellan Aerospace, Middletown, Inc. – Formerly Aeronca, designs and manufactures high‑temperature, vacuum‑brazed honeycomb structures that serve aircraft exhaust systems and other applications requiring high strength, low weight, and elevated temperature resistance. The company also assembles components made from titanium and nickel‑based alloys as well as conventional aluminum structures. Its processes are NADCAP approved for heat‑treat and brazing, welding, and non‑destructive testing. In addition, Magellan Aerospace produces carbon‑fiber and filament‑wound parts. The facility operates as an FAA‑approved repair station.
