Davis Machine and Fabricating Company delivers custom fabrication and CNC machining solutions for a broad range of industrial applications. The shop processes aluminum, carbon, alloy and stainless steel, as well as cast and ductile iron, Ni‑resist and other nickel alloys, brass, copper, bronze, Inconel® and Monel® materials. Its manufacturing repertoire includes bending, CNC machining, both CNC and manual plasma cutting, manual oxy‑fuel cutting, punching, rolling, sawing, welding, milling, drilling, boring, turning, threading, tapping, broaching, reaming and facing operations. Complementary capabilities such as sandblasting, pressing, visual and dimensional inspection, assembly, painting and nondestructive testing further expand its service offering.
