Equipment Rebuilding Services – ERS delivers comprehensive rebuilding and repair solutions for industrial equipment. The firm restores rolls, compressors, blowers, gears, gearboxes, cutting tools, crane wheels and draw blocks, employing a full suite of machining operations such as 5‑axis CNC machining, turning, horizontal boring, pressing, vertical milling, drilling, lathe work, heat treating, horizontal band sawing, and a variety of grinding processes including OD, ID, centerless, cylindrical and surface grinding as well as surface hardening.
