ARCO Silicone, a division of Alliance Rubber Company, manufactures custom industrial silicone components ranging from basic extrusions—such as tubing, profiles, sleeves, silicone vacuum hoses, coolant hoses, sponges, cords, bands, and seals—to more intricate profiles and molded parts. The product line utilizes a variety of elastomeric materials, including foam silicone, standard silicone, fluorosilicone, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), and natural rubber. ARCO Silicone also offers imprinting services that can apply product data, logos, or graphics to one or both surfaces of a part. The facility supports prototype development as well as production runs of any size, from low‑volume batches to high‑volume manufacturing. Products are qualified for commercial, food‑service, and military end‑uses, and the operation follows lean manufacturing principles. All offerings comply with ASTM specifications, carry FDA approval, and are UL listed. Production is performed in the United States.
