RAM Fabricating Corp. custom‑manufactures metal tubes and tubular assemblies for a broad range of applications. The product portfolio includes axle and condenser tubes, punch and capillary tubes, hydraulic and spacer tubes, as well as brazed and welded assemblies. Additional offerings comprise cooling and condensing coils, pipes, pipe and tube bends, compressor parts, connectors, couplings and fittings, and various tubing forms such as seamless, slotted, welded, redrawn, spun, threaded, tapered, bent, flared, swaged, plated, shaped, hot‑rolled and drawn‑over‑mandrel (DOM) tubing. Design and assembly services are supported by capabilities that cover beading, flattening, saddle joints, automatic tube cutting, furnace brazing and torch brazing. RAM Fabricating Corp. can bend, form and braze tubing with outside diameters ranging from 0.072 in. to 3.125 in., using materials that include aluminum, brass, carbon steel, copper and stainless steel. Both low‑volume and high‑volume production runs are accommodated. Key markets served are refrigeration, air conditioning, automotive, rail‑car, telecommunications and office‑product sectors. The operation complies with ISO/QS 9000 and ISO 2000 standards, and its torch‑brazing processes meet ASME requirements.
