The product line includes both standard and heavy‑duty polypropylene baskets, which are designed, fabricated, extruded, and nitrogen‑welded from polypropylene or poly‑stainless materials. Customers can select from a wide array of custom‑fabricated baskets in numerous styles and shapes, as well as from standard sizes ranging from 6 × 6 in. to 18 × 18 in. The dipping baskets feature perforations of 1/16 in., 3/32 in., or 1/8 in. diameter, with a material thickness of 1/8 in. For spin‑dryer applications, 3/16 in. diameter perforations are offered on baskets that are either 1/8 in. or 3/16 in. thick. These baskets are employed in plating and metal‑finishing operations, centrifugal spin dryers, dipping and draining processes, parts washing, screening and filtering, as well as in aerospace and laboratory equipment contexts.
