HSG Electrofab provides custom sealing and filtration components alongside a range of conversion and cutting services. The firm produces molded, bonded and vulcanized O‑rings, as well as die‑cut and water‑jet cut gaskets fabricated from materials that include silicones, neoprene, open‑cell and closed‑cell rubbers, specialty tapes, Poron®, fluorosilicone, foils, Mylar® and EPDM. In addition, HSG Electrofab designs metal‑frame air filters that can be equipped with media such as woven wire cloth, slit or expanded aluminum, polyurethane or polyester, selected to meet specific end‑user requirements. Tape conversion capabilities cover slit rolls from 0.50 in. up to 6 ft wide, and the company also offers slitting of rolled foam materials on demand. Plastic and metal routing, together with water‑jet cutting, are available to accommodate diverse fabrication needs.
