IntraMicron, Inc produces micron‑diameter metal fibers and custom microfibrous media for high‑performance filtration, catalytic and sorptive applications. The company draws on a portfolio of alloys—including nickel, nichrome, copper, brass, titanium, stainless steel and other specialty corrosion‑resistant materials—to fabricate fibers that range from 1 µm to 35 µm in diameter and from 0.2 mm up to 80 mm in length. In addition, IntraMicron, Inc engineers nonwoven microfibrous structures that trap high‑surface‑area particulates, a design that enhances the efficiency of catalytic, sorptive and filtration processes.
