Torrington Swager & Vaill End Forming Machinery Inc. designs and manufactures ISO 9001:2000 certified standard and custom swaging and Vaill‑end forming equipment together with a full range of tooling for tube and bar forming applications. The swaging machines are capable of processing solid material diameters from 1/16 in. up to 1‑1/2 in., and can produce tubes ranging from 1/16 in. to 3 ½ in. in diameter. Both manual and fully automated configurations are offered to match production requirements. Vaill‑end forming machines are engineered to deliver output rates of up to 1,500 parts per hour. Available tooling includes swaging dies, mandrels, mandrel‑holder assemblies, inside stops, hand loaders, work ejectors, racks, pinions and automatic feeders. Customers may also specify optional accessories such as security enclosures, acoustic insulation, loading aids or position‑control systems.
