Diacom Corp. designs and manufactures molded elastomeric diaphragm seals, providing both homogeneous and fabric‑reinforced configurations. The company’s capabilities include PTFE‑bonded seals and rubber‑to‑metal or plastic bonding processes. All standard synthetic elastomers are stocked, such as silicone, EPDM, nitrile, fluorocarbon, neoprene, Aflas®, fluorosilicone and epichlorohydrin, and the materials meet FDA and NSF approvals. Diacom Corp. produces rolling and convoluted diaphragms in single‑coat or double‑coat constructions, with diameters ranging from 5 mm to 550 mm. The seals are rated for pressures up to 6,000 psi and operate from –65 °C to 330 °C. Design software tools and engineering support are offered to assist customers throughout the development process.
