Pratt & Whitney Measurement Systems, Inc. supplies precision measuring instruments, including gages, calibration instruments and comparators. Its gages can resolve linear dimensions with accuracy as fine as 50 nanometers and are offered for a wide variety of features such as radial and axial roller bearings, ball bearings, gears, optics and lenses, film and mesh, wire and cable, PC board, semiconductor, diskette, fiber‑optic and other precision parts. The product portfolio also supports measurement of length, diameter, pitch diameter, major and minor diameters, thread lead, taper, step height, roundness, cylindricity, flatness, displacement, thickness, and radial and axial internal clearance. Calibration and field services, as well as repair and retrofit work, are performed with traceability to NIST standards. Customers span the aerospace, aviation, automotive, military/defense, power generation, medical and telecommunications sectors. All equipment is covered by a one‑year warranty.
