Flexi-Hinge Valve Co., Inc. manufactures seatless, self‑actuating double‑door check valves and foot valves ranging from 1 to 24 inches. The product line offers body configurations such as MTE, Victaulic® grooved, plain‑ended, flanged, and wafer styles. Internally, the valves are fabricated from either 316 stainless steel or 6061‑T6 aluminum, and they can be equipped with elastomers including Buna‑N, EPDM, Viton®, or silicone. Each valve is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 200 psi. Because the design eliminates springs, the check valves provide low pressure drops while delivering larger flow areas.
