C. I. Agent Solutions manufactures environmentally friendly, non‑toxic, non‑hazardous and non‑carcinogenic products designed to immobilize and encapsulate hydrocarbon spills on both land and water. Its flagship offering is a granular powder that, when applied to petroleum‑based liquids such as gasoline, oil, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluid, transmission oil and other similar spills, instantly forms a cohesive rubber‑like mass. The resulting solid can be repurposed as fuel or incorporated as filler in other manufacturing processes. The formulation is a pre‑approved chemical countermeasure listed on the EPA National Contingency Plan and is included in the product schedule authorized for oil‑spill response by Regional Response Teams in EPA Regions III, IV and the Caribbean. Additional product lines comprise barrier booms, marine and sheen booms, hydrocarbon flow filters, de‑watering bags, bilge bags and socks, rapid‑response kits, among other spill‑control solutions.
